On the public footpath between Bathampton Lane and Devonshire Road

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 17:54, Friday 17 May 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5987961.

There is a large tree that is dead beside the footpath. We have already had two very large branches fall on to our land last year and it is only a matter of time before some one is injured or damage to our property. We had a tree surgeon look at and he believes it has Ash Dieback. I did report this sometime ago and nothing has been done. The footpath is also heavily overgrown and it is difiicult to use the footpath. Your attention to this would be most appreciated.
