Mowed yesterday but not finished

The grass by main road behind Five Arches Close was mowed yesterday but not finished, either they couldn’t be bothered to complete the job to a high standard, or they didn’t have the right tools. Also the weeds on the pavements are becoming pretty bad and need tending.
