Tree is overgrown/out of control

Tree in front of 33 woodpecker avenue is out of control. it is now higher than the houses and branches are so big they nearly touch the house. the tree needs taking down in height and width the branches are so low at the bottom end adults can easily walk into them. it is also blocking light into houses and if this tree came down on bad weather it would do serious damage to houses with the size it is

  • Nothing been done about tree! Still under investigation! how long does it take to come and look at a tree then cut it!
