Tree Saplings Growing in Drainage Channel

This was reported last year and nothing has been done. The saplings are growing fast and if left to grow further, there is likely to be damage to the foundations of the historic wall as the roots become embedded.

  • I have today received an update on my previous entry of June 2023 last year: https://fix.bathnes.gov.uk/ report/ 6008120 It was about the very same problem of weeds growing in the drainage channel in which you say that report is now closed. The sycamore tree saplings have grown further since reporting it again, i.e. this report of May this year, so hope work to remove the trees will commence as soon as possible.
