Manhole covered after resurfacing in front of Cromer

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6012451.

In High park road/street following the resurfacing a drainage grill is covered up with turmac. It has been marked with yellow lines as it needs to be freed but hasn't been done yet.
