Inspection of drain covers on Downsway

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6016636.

Works have been done on the drains, with some being temporarily taped over and marked, but is concerned that the works haven't been done properly, and that if it rains hard, the water will not drain and cause flooding. Can someone inspect the drain holes on the estate?
