Tree looks as if it is dying

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6030837.

This tree is an important visual amenity. This year it has not grown a leafy canopy and I fear that it is dying or dead. Please arrange for the parks department to inspect and hopefully restore it to health. If that isn’t possible please replace it with a new tree as this is an important feature of the estate. There are other opportunities for new tree planting in nearby verges.
