Large Beech tree next to old Bristol Road has branches likely to fall

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6040405.

There is a large beech tree opposite the Restawhile Cafe which has several big branches that are snapped off and currently trapped in other branches and could fall at any time. This tree has grown over a Culvert and could be damaging this as it is so massive. Please could this be looked at as the branches could fall on the highway or nearby property number nearby.
