Overgrown trees

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6044624.
Trees have never been cut and branches are getting dangerously low and obstructive to pedestrians passing by. These trees have not been planted by the homeowners and are in need of trimming. They are at the back of the garden of 30 and 31 Rackvernal Road.Midsomer Norton.BA3 2UG.

Thank you for your report. Apologies for not being able to respond sooner. We have investigated your report and are now dealing with the issue. Routine works are programmed to be carried out to the trees on the council's land. Please note that these trees are within the conservation area of Midsomer Norton so have a level of protection, and no licences or leases have been issued by the council that permit vehicles to drive across or park on the council's land to the rear of 30 and 31 Rackvernal Road.
