Over grown trees

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6058096.

The old train track behind Rudmore park green area. Trees are over growing and falling on to my sheds and breaking my fence. Tree and bushes needed cutting back. It’s been neglected for years and it now ruining everyone’s garden in Rudmore park!!!

  • Thank you for your report. The trees on this site are due to be inspected in early Autumn and the inspector will take into account this report when making recommendations for tree works. The report will also be forwarded to the grounds team to determine if they can take any action. You do have the right to cut back overhanging vegetation and branches over your garden to the boundary.
