Risk to public safety due to overgrown trees

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6071481.

The vastly overgrown trees next to the footpath at Fosseway Cottages means presents a risk to people. Please could you identify the owner and require them to cut back the trees.
