Dangerous TIER e-scooter use

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6084916.

TIER e-scooter riders are speeding down the pavement weaving past pedestrians at high speed, it is only luck that no one has been injured, it is completely unsafe
