Tree far too large for it's location

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6098073.

This tree is situated in Waterford Park and opposite Maytree road and the post box. Itcovers my drive and vehicles in sap, leaves, blossom and seeds. It also blocks my guttering with leaves which then overflows and requires regular cleaning with great difficulty. The branches overhang my drive. Please can the tree be removed, or heavily pruned it is far too large for it's location.thank you
