Concrete platform with new bench

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6099868.

The new bench at the park is lovely. However the concrete platform is quite a step up. My son misjudged it today fell up the step and then hit his head on the bench. Could the earth be levelled out around it please? Thank you.
