Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 19 hours, 7 minutes later. Council ref: 6117497.
There is a tree that has leaned over this path from the Hospital site across Coffin Lane, it is at head height and we have had numerous complaints to the hospital but the tree is not believed to belong to the Hospital
