Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6120643.
Why do you cut like this???, why don't you cut down the centre of the pavement rather than either side leaving the clippings all over the pavement encouraging more growth on the pavement. It doesn't make sense.
