Broken benches.
Reported via iOS in the Park safety issue category anonymously at 09:41, Wednesday 19 June 2024
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6125981.
Most of the benches either side of Royal Avenue or in a terrible state. The wood is rough and in some places completely bowed.
Must make a terrible impression for tourists but also they are uncomfortable to sit on and look like they are going to collapse at any moment.
Please can we have some pride in the city and fix them, especially the ones which are being sponsored by people?

The benches all along Royal Avenue are an absolute disgrace and send out the wrong message to tourists who arrived there in their hundreds on coaches to look at the beautiful splendour of our city. Instead, they see broken benches that cannot be sat on. It’s awful.
