Excessive weeds in berkeley gardens

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6128394.

Once again I have to report the weeds in the whole of berkeley gardens are over 2ft high. It is your choice to not use weedkiller but I dont see similar problems in your precious heritage city. Keynsham residents are once again treated as second class citizens.
