Street Clean request - Penn Lea Road. Please contact ahead of time and they'll make sure road is clear of cars

Currently when street cleans happen it's quite hard because f the number of vehicles parked there and isn't very effective. There's a good neighbourhood watch in place so if you could please contact resident with an anticipated date and they will co-ordinate for the road to be clear of vehicles. Thank you
