Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 08:26, Wednesday 26 June 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6155534.

The parking has not been suspended on Lansdown Road between Upper Lansdown Mews and the junction with Richmond Road. Large vehicles cannot pass each other so there is chaos with the temp traffic lights. please suspend the parking to shorten the queues and wait times!!!

  • We at no 3 Spencer’s Belle Vue are disgusted at the state of the paving outside of our flats. As you can see from the photos neighbours either side of our properties have paid them selves to have the area re done and made safe. It states clearly on our deeds that our responsibility is up to approx 6ft from our front door. Therefore it is the land owned by Bath council. To say these slabs are treacherous is an understatement. If someone trips and is injured they will be suing the council. Bath is a World Heritage sight and these Georgian properties should be kept in good condition. If this is not your department please pass these photos on to the people dealing with these pavements. Thank you Heather Gledhill
