Dead tree falling down

This tree on the left of the entrance to the Combe Down tunnel on the Two Tunnels Greenway walk if you are headed towards Midford is dead and I saw a huge branch fall off of it while there yesterday, which was very unnerving It did not land on the path but this seems like a potential safety issue.
