Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6175630.

Over the past 18 yrs I have reported the problem of our access being blocked ,we live just off the High St no.69 A,there have been many abusive people when asked to move resulting in my 80 yr old husband being hit in the face yesterday,please meet up with us and view the area.
