Dead trees, on what I believe is Council land

The property owner of Maryland has removed dead/dying trees on their land, but 4 dead trees left. These will fall onto the Old Rd, given time. A neighbour told me B&NES Council owners the small strip of land they're on. Also some young Ash with signs of ash dieback.
