This tree has not been cut for some time. It has now really overgrown and affecting me coming in and out of my property. Branches have been snapped and pulled down causing this to make the issue worse. Trees over growing into my garden also.

    The pavement is blocked so people in wheelchairs can't get past, and people with mobility problems may also not be able to get past, or will find it very difficult
