Hedge is blocking the pavement forcing people to walk in the road.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6184764.

This hedge which has previously been reported to yourselves is still blocking the pavement. You need to take more action than putting a letter through the door since it is an empty property and noone has lived there for 10 years.
