Trafalgar road - roadwork signage

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6196674.

Every night since the roadworks began, someone has knocked over all the signage at night as they walk past. On purpose, but this has woken our baby every single night and is becoming disruptive. Please could this signage be fixed to the balustrades or weighted down? The clanging metal is actually causing our child sleep issues.
