Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6200621.
Street light is out. Reported already and was told it would be fixed asap but not done yet.

A ticket was raised on Thursday Light 002 Opposite 10 Penn Hill Road. This is with our contractors and will be attended shortly. We shall add further information here when known

We have attached a map for reference showing light number 2, Please confirm if this is the right light.
It was attended today, please confirm if it is working tonight. Thank you

We are sorry that this light is still not working. Our further attendance has revealed there appears to be a cabling fault to the column which we shall now investigate further.
We shall add further comments here as needed.

We can confirm that our contractors will be on site to carry out repairs next week.
This will be either on the Monday or Friday and we hope the light will be working as normal afterwards.
We shall add further information here when known.

Further to above, we confirm we intend to provide a new power supply to light 002 which will then feed S003 which is also faulty. We confirm this work is planned for the week of September 9th.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to date and shall add further information as needs be.
