The light switches off atl 23:55 pm and switches on again at 4 am. Not needed in daylight hours.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6203122.

I am concerned that this could be a danger to public safety for those walking at this time. Please adjust the times.

  • It is our understanding that the majority of lights in the park (apart from when there is nearby CCTV) will switch off at approximately midnight and switch on again on between 4 - 5am. This is beneficial in terms of saving energy and helpful for the wildlife in the area.

    At the moment the switch on time coincides with day break and we shall make a check on this light as it should not be staying on once it there is enough day light.
