Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6203724.

This is now becoming a joke our streets our little with dog mess that we are constantly having to clean up , the same lady is responsible and after being reported and spoken to many times she still continues to let her dog foul outside our homes. This has to stop and I am willing to go as far as court to stop this lady , she is very aware her dog is doing it and it has to stop please . This is a busy street and very unpleasant for anyone who walks in the mess or prams or scooters . I am a dog owner and I clear up after my own dogs , myself and my neighbours should not have to clean up after such a lazy irresponsible person that this lady is . CCTV footage is available of the dog fouling and it being left .
