Vegetation blocking no parking sign

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6206211.

There is vegetation blocking the no parking signs along the lane of Crescent Gardens. People are parking along the lane blocking access for emergency vehicles to the rear of the property and blocking access to the rear of the properties for residents. Please may the vegetation be cut back so signage can be seen saying no parking.
