Abandoned vehicle on my driveway

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6209147.

43 vernham grove, Odd Down, Bath, ba2 2ta. Black vauxhall corsa has been left on my drive without permission since December 2023. Owner deceased in November 2023. I do not know current owner or status of the car. Cars documents and key are in possession of next of kin but still has not been moved despite many requests. What can I do? Can you help?. It is mouldy, rusty and in my way. Thank you.
