Truespeed works preventing parking

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6210859.

No parking cones have been placed all over Poolmead Road. The notices only allowed for disruption of the pavements and permission has been granted for temporary traffic lights, not parking suspensions. If these are not authorised parking suspensions, please can they be removed. Many thanks
