There is a serious risk of accident and injury to pedestrians.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6212810.

The shrubs from the two planters/seating locations on either side of the street have grown so much they are are restricting visibility of pedestrians (who are taking less notice of traffic anyway because of the semi pedestrian nature of the street). The bushes need serious pruning back and reducing in height. A report this as a bus driver who does not want someone to walk into a bus from behind a screen of bushes.
