Tree overgrown into phone line cables - back garden of 2 Pulteney Terrace

The branches are becoming overgrown and tangled around the phone line wires. There's concern the wires will start snapping or the lines could come down and cause a safety issue. Please could you look into this?

  • We have looked into this issue and found it is not the council's responsibility as the council is not responsible for the tree and land at this location or the overhead phone lines.
