13 Claverton buildings . Widcombe Parade

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 18:32, Wednesday 10 July 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6214622.

Man and dog often sitting outside the shop. He ask for change from customers and people withdrawing money from cash point. It’s an obstruction and narrowing the pavement and causing feeling of insecurity as I enter my home. And making the area feel unsafe. He ( and sometimes his friend ) has been in this location since last year. He was absent for a few months when I complained to community officer and now he is back in summer.
