One way Rosemount Lane and closed road on Lyncombe vale

Hello, Rosemount lane has been made one way temporarily due to a wall collapse on Lyncombe Hill. This is to ease school traffic from the Paragon. This has been in place since roughly January. This has made it awkward to access our home on Rosemount lane from Prior park road, we have to drive along lyncombe vale. Just recently Lyncombe vale has been closed and confusing deviation signs put up. It is now extremely difficult to access our house at all from Prior park road. We would appreciate if this could be looked into and Rosemount Lane be made two way again. Thank you
