Overgrown brambles, stinging nettles etc on pavement - Somervale Road towards Welton Hollow

Residents are finding it difficult using this footpath/pavement as it's so overgrown with stinging nettles and brambles and it's meaning pedestrian often have to go into the road. This is particularly difficult for those who use mobility scooters. Please could this be cut back asap?
