Resurfacing tarmac in places above drop curbs, water from Road flows down my drive into my garage, on the 12/7/2024. Last August I fitted a road bump across drive to prevent this which stopped flooding but the Resurfacing this week, work wasn't has properly done has previously my Road bump didn't hold the water back ,hence water entered garage, all because Resurfacing was above drop curbs in some places. Can you help please, thank you.
