Overgrown vegetation blocking road visibility - along Sleep Lane

Overgrown vegetation blocking road visibility - along Sleep Lane
When hedges are cut in the area, they only seem to be cut on one side and this is causing difficulty. Oncoming vehicles coming down the hill cannot be seen until they're halfway down. The road is being used as a rat run and this is causing difficulty for vehicles with regards to giving way etc. Please could the hedges be cut back to improve visibility?
