No dropped kern from east path of Royal Avenue

When travelling down the east side of Royal Avenue by wheelchair, as you reach the entrance with the lions there is no dropped kerb. This makes it impossible to cross to the war memorial or access Queens Parade.

There is a dropped kerb on the west side just north of the gate - see photo #3.
