Drain COMPLETELY buried beneath huge mound of gravel
Reported via mobile in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 17:06, Tuesday 16 July 2024
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 weeks, 20 hours, 41 minutes later. Council ref: 6237123.
How could the last report be any clearer before you closed it? Can’t find it? It’s at the junction of Woolley Lane and Charlcombe Lane UNDER A HUGE MOUND OF GRAVEL. I have much better things to do with my time than have to create another pigging report. Just go and look and dig away the gravel and you’ll find the drain, sorry, DOUBLE-DRAIN!! You cannot miss it. How did you miss it??!! Unbelievable, I’m trying to help you do your job and you’re not even willing to spend more than 30 seconds trying to locate the problem. Sorry if I sound furious but that’s because I am. What a waste of time.
