Cracked tarmac and loose around manhole cover on major road into Bath.
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 hours, 7 minutes later. Council ref: 6249014.
I have noticed this problem for sometime because you hear it when cars are driving down the road and I was going to report it but I feel now it is an emergency issue. I just walked down there with my dog and stood and looked at the concrete which surrounds the manhole cover and it is now, fractured and moving every time a car goes over it it is cracked. I think this is quite a serious problem that needs attending to as soon as possible.
