Hedges growing over the pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6255670.

As an elderly person who uses a walking aid it is difficult to navigate the pavement around hedges. I have also noticed it is difficult for pushchairs and toddlers.
