Duck pond

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6262084.

So way Is the pond empty of water and full of mud at least barrier of the pond so kids and dogs don't run in to it someone could could get stuck and just leave it barrier off until you find water for the pond and maybe clear the mud now when it is empty now but please go tomorrow and make it safe
