Resident called looking for an update as it's an ongoing problem. Please could you update with a rough timeframe of when this will be fixed? The hedge is an eyesore and they're unable to mow their lawn due to the extent of the hedges.

Please could you contact resident ahead of time so they can give you access to the back gate and rear of the property?

The resident has asked will this be done before birds begin to nest and will they be contacted before the work is done as the Council will need access to the rear of the properties which the residents will need to unlock a gate.
