Pavement reduced in size by soil and vegetation.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6279480.

The pavement is reduced in width by at least 50% due to the soil that has crept onto it from the verge and overhanging foliage which is forcing pedestrians to walk in the road.
