The area on the corners of the right turn into 20-38 Cornishmen’s Road…I have been talking with Cllr Lucy Hodge over the last year trying to get these hedges sorted- finally this has been handed over to the council- I’m a wheelchair user and one side of the hedges grows out not the pavement so o keep getting bush whacked- and the other side is the residents bush(obviously their responsibility) Cllr Lucy Hodge’s husband came a few months ago and cut back around the road sign very kindly, but the whole area is just ridiculous as it hasn’t been kept at all since we all moved into the brand new estate… I’ve seen your guys cutting the grass verges, it these have been untouched and need to be cut right back or just totally cut down if we’re all honest, as if they aren’t going to be maintained, which is the case for the last 6 years, then something drastic should be done so I don’t have to come out in my wheelchair with a pair of scissors to cut back so I can go the route I would like to go like all the Able bodied people.
