Rotten wooden posts
Reported via mobile in the Railings, bollard, & post damage category anonymously at 21:45, Mon 29 July 2024
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6291198.
Dangerous railings have been reported more than a year ago and the issue was marked as fixed, however, no work has been done. The wooden posts holding the railings are completely rotten at the base and railings are unstable. This is opposite the Post Office in Compton Martin. Please repair as this is a pathway coming straight onto the busy A368 main road and if someone lean on it the whole structural will collapse.
