There are tall weeds along wells road on the left heading out of town. Eg outside 147A but more generally. It looks like they were recently cleared from the other side of the road but the crew only did that half of the job. It has to be more efficient if the crew do a whole area in one visit rather than driving back on multiple occasions to do parts of the job.
