Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6295143.

Wall in need of repair holding up public highway - the council fixed the part of the garden wall next to the steps years ago, but now the rest of the wall is in need of repair. Would appreciate you advising us of your liability in this case?
